Closure at the 495 Express Lanes and I-66 Interchange: August 16-19

The express version

  • Complete ramp closure from I-66 EB to the SB and NB 495 Express Lanes. 

There will be a complete ramp closure from I-66 EB to the 495 SB and NB Express Lanes. The ramp closure will affect drivers on I-66 EB trying to access either the SB or NB 495 Express Lanes. Drivers will be detoured to the next exit at Route 7 and reouted to the Expess Lanes. Closures will take place at the following times:

  • Monday, August 16: 11 p.m.-4 a.m.
  • Tuesday, August 17: 11 p.m.-4 a.m.
  • Wednesday, August 18: 11 p.m.-4 a.m.
  • Thursday, August 19: 11 p.m.-4 a.m.
